Commercial: With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more.

Position Purpose: This is a key role which connects the client with all teams within the Global Payments Business – Trading, Sales, Operations, IT as well as correspondent banks. The candidate will assist the global client services team with their day to day actives. 

Primary duties will include: 

• Work with Client Services team, Operations team and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
• Provide Clients with day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
• Working on Spanish client investigations and queries
• Assistance with integration of IT systems (API, FIX, customized solutions, inhouse platforms)
• Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
• Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
• For complex investigations, escalate and engage appropriate members of the Client Services team to determine and arrive at resolutions.
• Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
• Responsible for establishing successful relationships with all internal team.
