Responsibilities

Position Purpose: This is a key role which connects the client with all teams within the Global Payments Business – Trading, Sales, Operations, IT as well as correspondent banks.

The candidate will assist the global client services team with their day to day actives. 

 

Primary duties will include: 

    • Work with Client Services team, Operations team and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
    • Provide Clients with day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
    • Working on French client investigations and queries
    • Assistance with integration of IT systems (API, FIX, customized solutions, inhouse platforms)
    • Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
    • Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
    • For complex investigations, escalate and engage appropriate members of the Client Services team to determine and arrive at resolutions.
    • Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
    • Responsible for establishing successful relationships with all internal team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
  • French language expert
