Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

 

Due to ongoing growth, we’re searching for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). As a critical part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our new clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team.

 

Primary duties will include:

 

Business Development

  • Develop and initiate the business development strategy to grow the retail trading volumes for different client bases for PRC markets.
  • Proactively enhance business through client referrals, networking, workshops/seminars, and industry contacts.
  • Attend sales events/seminars for premium clients/prospects as required. This might include creating appropriate material in conjunction with education and marketing.
  • Work with the rest of the client-facing team to help drive the acquisition, retention and increased trading activity for all clients.

 

Sales process, planning, execution

  •  Actively leverage sales process to expand top funnel of prospects, increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and improve deal win rate
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity
  • Maintain a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those
  • Maintain a calendar blocking, scheduling time to maximize productivity and effectiveness
  • Being part of a team based in Sydney/Melbourne dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
  • Facilitate the outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated an interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats
  • Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education, etc.
  • Encourage and support referrals from existing clients

Qualifications

 

To land this role you will need:

  •  Proven track record in B2C/B2B sales and business development
  • Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
  • Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
  • Can learn complex products quickly
  • Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your client base but driven to source new relationships on your own accord
  • Self-motivated that likes working toward targets
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
