Reporting into the VP of Client Acquisition, Lead Gen & CVM, you will take responsibility as the Director of the CVM team across the entire Retail StoneX division. You will look for efficiencies in terms of marketing technology, processes and people – pooling your resources. By way of data analysis, optimization and automation, you will innovate and evolve the operation in order to increase the efficiency of the team’s output as well as the effectiveness of all digital communications. Digital communications are attached to various objectives including sign-ups, converting prospects into new clients, driving additional business from existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients as well as executing essential communications.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, able to motivate their team, have the experience to develop and sell major new global projects to senior management, deliver business updates to senior management when required, maintain healthy relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, applying lateral thinking to ensure new opportunities are always maximized, find innovative ways to nurture long-term customer relationships, reduce churn, and improve engagement and lifetime value.
