Department Overview 

The Frankfurt Dairy branch of StoneX is one of two Dairy branches in Europe. In addition, there are further branches focusing on Dairy in the USA, Singapore and Sydney.  

In close co-operation with the colleagues in Dublin, the branch serves customers in Europe as well as internationally.  

In addition to customers from the dairy industry, the Frankfurt office also serves customers from the grain and oilseed industry. 

The Dairy Team is a young team of experts for the hedging of dairy products. The team is characterized by flat hierarchies, an excellent team spirit and a high willingness to work and perform. 

• Supporting senior team members with coverage of existing dairy clients 
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients 
• Market analysis in preparation for business development activities in Europe 
• Structuring of market reports for customers  
• Active involvement in day-to-day business

• Natural flair and desire to learn about Financial Industry  
• Has a real passion for the agrar world. Someone with “real” exposure ,not necessarily mean coming from a farm but may have had helped out a bit on a farm e.g. milked a cow, sat on a tractor, knows what the difference is between wheat and rye etc
• Effective interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication skills 

• Honest, curious and self-driven 
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail 
• The confidence to fail 

Early Careers Requirements 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Economics or Farm Management (B.Sc OR M.Sc in Agriculture)and graduating between March 2025 and September 2025 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Available for August 2024 start date for a 10 week program 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) 
• Must be authorized to work in EU for any employer
