Client Management Associate - Bilingual Mandarin 

General Duties:

• Supporting our Mandarin speaking clients with account and platform inquiries
• Executing trades over the phone
• Conduct trade investigations
• Generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management
• Deliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience
• Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures

• Applicants may either be working for morning or evening shift from AEST at 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, which will be compensated by additional allowances.

Qualifications:

• Financial services experience is preferable, especially in FX and CFDs, however on-site training is provided
• Client service experience will be highly advantageous
• A degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Exceptional candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin is essential
• Applicants must be available to work the night shift, commencing from SYD at 2:30 pm and concluding at 11:00 pm. The compensation package includes a base salary augmented by additional allowances such as night shift and traffic allowances.
