Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

 

Due to ongoing growth we’re on the hunt for a motivated, hungry and passionate senior relationship manager to join our team. As a key part of our customer experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor to our high-net-worth clients working in collaboration with our Client facing, Dealing, Marketing, Research and Global payment team. Acting as a key touchpoint for the StoneX, you will liaise directly with our clients to introduce, promote and assist them with obtaining the Trading solutions they need. You will manage these sophisticated relationships, through regular contact and follow-up, KYC checks and strong market awareness.

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with partners and/or high-net-worth customers by understanding their situation, financial aspirations and needs;
  • Act as the first touchpoint for segmented clients of the StoneX, providing them with the best experience possible;
  • Support our ongoing partner/client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of partner/client information, purpose led interactions and timely responses to their queries;
  • Provide accurate and complete partner/customer information to ensure efficient management of partner/client interactions;
  • Proactively contact partners and/or customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and continually assess portfolio growth opportunities;
  • Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Minimum of 3+ years sales position in the financial services sector, CFD industry is preferred
  • Proven track record working towards weekly or monthly targets and KPIs;
  • A hunter mentality, always looking at ways to grow and support our partner and/or client aspirations;
  • The desire to be part of a scale-up culture with a commitment to excellence and growth; and
  • Looking to work for a company dedicated to helping our team develop and grow.

 

Sales process, planning, execution:

  • Actively leverages sales process to increase conversion rate, decrease sales cycle, and improve deal win rate
  • Maintains an accurate pipeline and funnel with high integrity
  • Maintains a set of personal goals and metrics, tracking progress against those
  • Maintains a calendar blocking, scheduling time to maximize productivity and effectiveness

  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer
  • Sales Representative Qualifications of both JSDA and FFAJ, Internal Controller Qualifications are plus
