Responsibilities

General Duties:

 

  • You will manage front desk reception area, break room, conference room/s, and storage facilities for the office.
  • You will answer all incoming calls and are responsible for greeting office visitors and coordinating guest access with building security.
  • You will receive and organize deliveries and shipments, oversee office supply inventory and place orders, unpack and stock supplies.
  • You will process vendor invoices and support accounting/financing.
  • You will liaise with building management and other tenants, facilitate office upkeep and repairs, plan and execute office events, place food/beverage orders for meetings/events assist with new projects and maintain conference room calendar.
  • You will support office executives when required.
  • You will support the Compliance team and other departments when required.
  • You will be doing some HR Administration and Finance Duties

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, well organized and goal-oriented person who can work well under pressure, problem solver and team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social and conflict management.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience in HR and simple finance would be ideal
