Department Overview 

This diverse team serves retail customers by developing and testing mobile applications primarily for home brands (forex.com and Cityindex.com). We are a strong team of Developers, Testers , Architects and Technical heads based at Krakow with regular interaction with global teams.  

• Conducts basic functionality testing. Focuses on executing test cases assigned by more senior team members. 
• Analyses test results and investigates the cause for defects. 
• Identifies and reports bugs with steps to reproduce and relevant information on the root cause. May require guidance on bug documentation. 
• Creates test cases to cover new/updated functionalities. 
• Has some experience in exploratory testing. Primarily follows scripted scenarios. 
• Conducts regression tests as instructed. 

• Experience with manual testing 
• Familiarity with exploratory testing is desired but not mandatory
• Natural flair and desire to learn more about the Financial Industry   
• Sound verbal Polish and English language communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills 
• Honest, curious and Self-driven 
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
• The confidence to fail  

Early Career Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 (entering penultimate year of university) 
• Completed or working towards ISTQB testing Certification or any other certification. This is desired but not mandatory.
• Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 week program 
• Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer
