Position purpose: At StoneX, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our esteemed Identity Engineering team. The primary objective of this role is to oversee the robust management and continual enhancement of critical identity-related systems, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced security measures across our organization.

• Strive to enhance user experience by developing and implementing strategies that enable a seamless and intuitive identity management process across various platforms and devices.
• Lead the engineering efforts related to our Active Directory infrastructure, including design, implementation, and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to engineer existing and new identity platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline identity-related processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
• Document and transfer knowledge to Identity Operational teams for day-to-day operations of identity platforms.
• Oversee the engineering aspects of both private and public PKI platforms.
• Provide documentation for audits related to various identity platforms.
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of Privileged Access Management systems, safeguarding critical assets and resources.
• Work with Identity Operations team to address any escalated issues or operational risks.
• Contribute to Identity Governance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• The management, optimization, and scaling of our SSO and MFA platforms.

To land this role:

You need to have a history of being self-motivated and capable of solving problems with minimal oversight. The ability to learn quickly and retain information is key to being successful in this role. You have strong experience working in a competitive, fast-paced, highly technical environment, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.  You must have a proven ability to establish structure, process and frameworks to operate at scale.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience engineering and deploying identity platforms
• 5+ years of experience in the identity management space
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Develop automation and/or scripting for reporting or to augment any identity solutions as required
• Strong experience with MS Active Directory and Azure AD and various identity platforms
• Thorough knowledge of Windows server platforms
• Experience with engineering and deployment of privileged access management and identity governance tools 
• Solid experience with PowerShell
• Solid understanding of enterprise authentication and web security
• Must possess a strong ability to document standards and processes
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Be available on an on-call basis to respond to support needs or issues arising during non-core hours
• Ability to quickly learn modern technologies.

Education / Certification requirements: in at least one of or working towards the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISA, or CAMS are a plus.
• Other appropriate field certifications may be considered.
