Position Purpose: We seek a passionate and creative UX Designer to help us deliver market-leading user experience across mobile and web. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing digital products that meet our users' expectations. You must also effectively communicate your design thinking to the team and broader business and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Drive creative and holistic design thinking for a diverse suite of web and mobile applications and devices.
  • Generate and iterate on design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continually improve the user experience.
  • Produce meaningful, comprehensive design documentation for information architecture, navigation, task flows, and components for mobile, Web and touchscreen point-of-sale systems.
  • Proactively participate in group design reviews to receive and provide feedback to ensure high quality designs and great customer experience outcomes.
  • Collate, contribute, and communicate insights to the business and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • At least 1 years of experience in middleweight position.
  • Proven experience use of Figma and auto-layouts.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to other teams.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • A portfolio of your work with examples of user experience, interaction, and Information architecture - we are looking for the portfolio to reflect a wide range of skills (workshop facilitation, design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, research and testing) 
  • Experience using Apple HUI and Google Material guidelines.
  • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. 
  • Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Working environment: 

  • Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office); our Cracow office will be moved to St. Mogilska 35 in May, 2024
